Independent FMU Oversight

Fraud Monitoring Units must be operationally independent, with direct reporting lines to the Board or Fraud Monitoring Committee. They conduct autonomous reviews and evidence-gathering for all fraud types, offering segregation from audit or HR functions to avoid conflicts of interest.
