Incoterms

Incoterms are a set of internationally recognized rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in the delivery of goods. They clarify who pays for shipping, insurance, and customs duties, and at what point the risk transfers from seller to buyer.
