Implementation Review Mechanism ? Article?63 & 64

Under Articles?63?64, each Party undergoes a peer-review process examining national laws, enforcement, and asset recovery practices. The Implementation Review Group supports CoSP by conducting two-phase evaluations followed by public reporting. The mechanism encourages transparency, identifies gaps, and fosters mutual learning among members.
