Force Majeure

Force majeure is a contractual clause that releases both parties from liability or obligation when extraordinary events or circumstances beyond their control?such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or pandemics?prevent one or both parties from fulfilling their contractual duties. It legally excuses non-performance without penalty during these unforeseeable and unavoidable events.
