Ethical blindness is when individuals or organizations fail to recognize the ethical implications of their actions due to biases, pressure, or habitual practices. This lack of awareness can cause people to unintentionally engage in unethical behavior, even when they believe they are doing the right thing, leading to moral lapses in decision-making.
