Data Protection Board of India (Section?18)

The Act establishes the Data Protection Board to address grievances, review data breaches, direct remediation, and impose penalties (up to ?250?crore per offence). Appeals against its orders are made to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
