Corporate Failure to Prevent Bribery (Section 7)

A UK company or partnership will face an offence if someone associated with it (e.g., employee, agent, subsidiary) commits bribery to gain a business advantage and the organisation fails to prevent it. The only defence is demonstrating that ?adequate procedures? to prevent bribery were in place.
