Confiscation Order (FEOA)

A confiscation order allows authorities to seize properties owned by a declared Fugitive Economic Offender. This includes both proceeds of crime and other assets, even without conviction. The purpose is to ensure that the offender does not benefit from unlawful gains while evading prosecution.
