Confiscation of Bribery Proceeds

Under Article?3, countries must empower courts to seize or confiscate the bribe itself, bribe proceeds, or property of equivalent value. Penalties must be effective, dissuasive, and proportionate, and they may include fines or seizures of illicit gains to deter foreign bribery behaviors.
