Attachment of Property

Attachment refers to the legal seizure of property suspected to be linked to economic offenses. Under the Act, the Director or an authorized officer can provisionally attach properties of a person believed to be a Fugitive Economic Offender, preventing their disposal until a final confiscation order is passed.
