Arbitration

Arbitration is an alternative dispute resolution process where a neutral third party, known as an arbitrator, resolves a disagreement outside of court. It is commonly used in international business to settle cross-border conflicts. Arbitration is typically faster and more confidential than litigation, and the parties agree in advance that the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
