Trading in Influence (Article?18)

This offence covers intentionally promising or providing undue advantage to public officials, or other persons, to misuse their influence in official decisions. States are encouraged to criminalize the solicitation or acceptance of such undue advantage. It addresses illicit lobbying or conflict of interest scenarios.
