Special Court (PMLA Court)

Cases under the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act are tried in Special Courts established under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). These courts are empowered to issue notices, declare individuals as FEOs, and order confiscation of properties related to economic offenses.
