Section 73 ? Publishing Fake Digital Signature Certificate
Section?73 punishes anyone who publishes or distributes a digital signature certificate, knowing it to be counterfeit, revoked, or never issued by a Certifying Authority. This offense carries a penalty of up to two years' imprisonment, a fine up to ?100,000, or both. It upholds trustworthiness of certificate-based digital validation.
