Section 69 ? Failure to Assist in Decryption

Section?69 criminalizes refusal to assist in interception, monitoring, decryption, or preservation of data based on lawful orders (e.g. national security). Offenders face up to seven years? imprisonment and/or fine. It enables lawful investigation of cyber financial crimes and terror financing.
