Right to Correction & Erasure (Section?12)

Data Principals have the right to request correction or deletion of inaccurate, irrelevant, or outdated information. Fiduciaries must respond timely, resolve valid requests, and stop future processing of data once the purpose is fulfilled. Exceptions apply where law mandates retention.
