Re-transfer of Property

The Act prohibits the re-transfer of benami property from the benamidar to the real owner. Any such transfer is considered null and void. This measure ensures the real owner cannot reclaim the asset through deceptive means and reinforces the confiscation process. It also prevents laundering or recovery of illegally acquired assets by masking ownership.
