Principles of Information Exchange

These principles govern how FIUs exchange financial intelligence within the Egmont network. They require that requested data be used solely for the intended AML/CFT purpose, mandate prior consent from the supplying FIU, and uphold confidentiality?ensuring trust and optimized, ethical collaboration
