Penalty for Non-Disclosure

Under the Black Money Act, failure to disclose foreign income or assets attracts a 90% penalty of the value of the undisclosed asset. This is in addition to the 30% tax. The total financial outgo becomes 120%, not counting possible imprisonment, emphasizing the seriousness of concealment.
