Passive Bribery (Section 2)

Passive bribery involves requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a financial or other advantage with the intent to perform a relevant function improperly. It is the mirror offence of active bribery, penalising the recipient rather than the giver, and applies equally to public and private sector roles.
