Passive Bribery (Article?15?16)

Passive bribery involves a public official?s solicitation, acceptance, or agreement to receive undue advantage to act in their official duties. UNCAC mandates criminalizing this for national officials, and encourages it for foreign officials, reinforcing accountability on both supply and demand sides.
