Participation and Attempt (Article?27)

States must criminalise participation in corruption offences as accomplices, instigators, or aiders, along with attempts and preparatory activities. Making it illegal to assist or attempt corruption?even if unsuccessful?strengthens enforcement and helps prevent corruption before it occurs.
