Non-Bailable Warrant

A non-bailable warrant is a court-issued order that compels the arrest of an accused individual without the option for immediate bail. It is a prerequisite under the Act to begin proceedings to declare someone a Fugitive Economic Offender and initiate asset attachment and confiscation.
